While dcm2niix does bundle code from an affected version of cJSON, dcm2niix does not contain the function decode_array_index_from_pointer and/or the source file cJSON_Utils.c mentioned in https://www.cve.org/CVERecord?id=CVE-2025-57052, nor does it contain anything that seems to resemble the vulnerable code described in https://x-0r.com/posts/cJSON-Array-Index-Parsing-Vulnerability.
