Tracer was packaged for RHEL9 - https://docs.redhat.com/en/documentation/red_hat_enterprise_linux/9/html-single/package_manifest/index

It was dropped from RHEL10 - https://docs.redhat.com/en/documentation/red_hat_enterprise_linux/10/html-single/package_manifest/index

Can it be branched and built for EPEL10?
