singularity-ce-4.3.3-3.el9 was built with golang 1.24.6-1.el9_6 

Needs rebuild with go 1.24.7 for fix.

Apparently this actually only affects Go 1.25.0 so there is no issue as we built with 1.24.6

The 1.25.1 / 1.24.7 announcement didn't make this clear.
