Description of problem:
Wanted to highlight a usuability gap in the deployment worklow. Currently, after initiating a "deploy ceph cluster", the UI remains static for around 1.5 minutes before reflecting any change in status or description. During this time, there is no visual feedback, which may give user the impression that the action has stalled or nothing is happening in the backgroud

To improve user experience and reduce confusion, I would suggest adding a progress  indicator or activity meter on the UI.

This could be in the form of:
1) A spinner or a loading bar showing that the process has started
2) A message like "Deployment in progress...."

this will assure user that the deployment is actively proceeding, even if it takes a while for the results to be reflected.

Actual results: No changes on the screen for sometime after deploy ceph cluster
