Proposed as a Freeze Exception for 43-final by Fedora user geraldosimiao using the blocker tracking app because: Proposing this as FE using the final criterion of basic app funcionality since it show right at the start on a live-session F43 KDE Desktop Edition and It creates a bad first impression for peopletrying Fedora KDE. https://fedoraproject.org/wiki/Fedora_43_Final_Release_Criteria#Default_application_functionality Upstream already know about this and have a fix for Plasma 6.5. Maybe they can backport it or we can use a patch.
AGREED AcceptedFinalFreezeException Discussed at the 2025-09-29 (blocker / freeze exception) review meeting: This decision is accepted as a Freeze Exception due to the lack of understanding and appreciation for the artistic vision behind the grey square image. https://meetbot-raw.fedoraproject.org//blocker-review_matrix_fedoraproject-org/2025-09-29/f43-blocker-review.2025-09-29-16.03.txt
