Why is redhat-artwork defined at all? At least it should not use an
undefined macro as epoch.

redhat-artwork-kde >=7.0.0 is built from the redhat-artwork SRPM, so that has 
to be fixed by the redhat-artwork maintainers. To fix this, just remove 
the "%{epoch}:".
