python3-matplotlib-data-fonts-3.10.6-2.fc42.noarch does not belong to a distupgrade repository and thus prevents upgrades f42->f43. While technically it is the f42 version which causes this bug, it is f43 which is affected as upgrades are not possible. Reproducible: Always Steps to Reproduce: 1. LANG=C dnf --releasever=43 --assumeno distro-sync --refresh Actual Results: Repositories loaded. Failed to resolve the transaction: Problem: installed package python3-matplotlib-data-3.10.6-2.fc42.noarch requires python3-matplotlib-data-fonts = 3.10.6-2.fc42, but none of the providers can be installed - python3-matplotlib-data-fonts-3.10.6-2.fc42.noarch does not belong to a distupgrade repository - problem with installed package Expected Results: Upgrade working Additional Information: This did not happen a few days or weeks ago.

Proposed as a Freeze Exception for 43-final by Fedora user qulogic using the blocker tracking app because: This bug causes a FTI for upgrades from F42, which I understand to be a valid freeze exception, though I suppose I'd be fine leaving it for release day if not.
