Please branch and build hypre in epel10/10.1/10.0.

If you do not wish to maintain hypre in epel10,
or do not think you will be able to do this in a timely manner,
I would be happy to be a co-maintainer of the package (FAS orion);
please add me through https://src.fedoraproject.org/rpms/hypre/adduser

Will you be able to branch and build hypre in epel10?
I would be happy to be a co-maintainer if you do not wish
to build it on epel10 (FAS: orion).

Sorry, I haven't had a chance to do this.  I was hoping the co-maintainer would deal with it.  I'm not really interested in it now, but I'll try to sort it out for 10 and add you as a maintainer.
