Description of problem:
Post upgrading the Ceph, all the option on the Ceph Dashboard are grayed out.

Version-Release number of selected component (if applicable):
19.2.1-245.el9cp

How reproducible:
Always in Customer's environments


Actual results:
All options in Ceph Dashboard are grayed out

Expected results:
All options should be working fine post Upgrade
