Description of problem:

Communication between Internal services (Dashboard and Prometheus i.e) is failing when running mgmt-gateway in HA mode

Steps to Reproduce:
1. Configure mgmt-gateway in HA mode
2. Check Observability tab in the Dashboard
3. Notice that communication with Prometheus is failing (no information is loaded)
