Please branch and build nom-tam-fits in epel9 and epel10.

I would like to bring astronomy packages like Siril to EL.

I won't work on the EPEL branches myself, but if you (or somebody else) wants to that, I'd be happy to add poeple as comaintainers.

I would be happy to co-maintain a variety of packages with priority on astronomy and related packages.

I have been away from fedora from some time and been removed from the 'packager' group and would need to be added to make changes.

This bug appears to have been reported against 'rawhide' during the Fedora Linux 45 development cycle.
Changing version to 45.
