Description itrymybest80 2025-10-13 12:55:02 UTC
After updating to the 6.17+ kernel, I now receive a new "ata4.00: Invalid log directory version 0x0000" error message in dmesg and system logs.

It doesn't prevent me from booting into or using my system, but I don't receive the error on the previous 6.16 kernels.

However the error remains on the latest 6.18.0-0.rc0.251010g5472d60c129f7.13.fc44 (rawhide) kernel.
