Doc Text:
Cause: Some policy/role-based permissions involving legacy "tenant" users behave differently after upgrade to releases supporting IAM accounts. Consequence: Expected access grants may fail. Workaround (if any): A config option to permit backward compatibility with 7.1 behavior has been introduced. Result: As above.
