Description of problem: 
1) Currently we are using old icons ^(chevron down) for table dropdown actions on OSD page (cluster wide configuration) and Object > Multi-site page, also the position of opening the dropdown was not correct 
2) On the multisite configuration page the actions like (create zone, zone group, realm , import, export) should be combined in a single dropdown

Steps to Reproduce:
1. Go to Objet > multisite
2. The actions like (create zone, zonegroup, import, export) are taking up long space showing one after the other
3. Also on Cluster > OSD page, the (cluster wide configuration) button opening the dropdown from wrong position and with filled ^(down icon) 

Actual results:


Expected results: 
1) On the OSD page, the cluster wide configuration dropdown should open from correct position and also the dropdown icon should be changed to ^(caret down)
2) On the multisite configuration page, the actions create zone, zone group, realm , import, export) should be combined in a single dropdown called as Actions
