Description of problem:

Please branch and build python-astropy epel10

Version-Release number of selected component (if applicable):

We currently have a 'python-astropy-7.0.1-2.el10_2' build that builds with centos-stream+epel-10-ARCH, but fails under rhel+epel-10-ARCH currently with the below.

Error: 
 Problem: nothing provides requested (python3dist(extension-helpers) < 2~~ with python3dist(extension-helpers) >= 1)
(try to add '--skip-broken' to skip uninstallable packages or '--nobest' to use not only best candidate packages)
