Description of problem:
It is that time again. Rawhide (Fedora 44) needs its runtime identifier added.

Version-Release number of selected component (if applicable):
dotnet-sdk-9.0-9.0.109-1.fc43

Actual results:

Expected results:
Compile Jellyfin 10.11.0 on Rawhide :)
