Bug #2411728 has been raised about perl-URI conflicting with perl-URI-ws. It seems that URI::ws functionality was included in URI 5.34 without awareness of the existence of the existing URI-ws distribution. The resolution upstream seems to be that URI::ws will continue as part of the URI distribution (see https://github.com/libwww-perl/URI/issues/158). The page https://metacpan.org/dist/URI-ws no longer exists. So, unless you have any objections, I think that perl-URI should obsolete perl-URI-ws and the latter should be retired. Thoughts?
