Updating to Fedora 43 via discover fails with an error that indicates a package conflict with wine-core

Reproducible: Always

Steps to Reproduce:
1.Try updating to Fedora 43 via discover
Actual Results:
When running the Fedora 43 update via discover, the update fails with the following error:
