Description of problem:
We are using cpuid EPEL package as part of our daily RnD activities.

The cpuid package is available in EPEL 9 but can't be found in EPEL10. 

Would it be possible to have cpuid in EPEL10?

How reproducible:
always

Steps to Reproduce:
1. dnf list cpuid

Actual results:
Nothing returned 

Expected results:
Available package

Additional info:
The EPEL 9 version can found its dependencies in Appstream 10 and be installed on RHEL 10 as a temporary workaround.
