Reproducible: Always

Steps to Reproduce:
1. Install nodejs24
Actual Results:
Nodejs24 does not produces -bin subpackages.

Expected Results:
Nodejs24 produces extra sub packages: -bin -npm-bin. 

Additional Information:
This ticket will act as a blocker to another bug.
