Currently following tests are failing:

- layer-shell
- layer-shell-effects
- xdg-decoration
- xwayland

Reproducible: Always

Steps to Reproduce:
1. Ensure spec does not exclude s390x arch
2. fedpkg mockbuild --arches s390x
Actual Results:
Some tests fails

Expected Results:
All tests pass

Closing this. If anyone ever presents a valid use-case for running a Wayland mobile shell on their datacenter hardware, we can revisit this.
