This recent change to the spec file:

  https://src.fedoraproject.org/rpms/python-avocado/c/ee5cf26e92cedda66aa656f5cb9dc608c114953d

has removed all the SDPX license expressions from the file, going back to the old license syntax that is no longer permitted in Fedora.

Please revert these changes so that the spec is SPDX compliant once again.
