removing plasma-discover doesn't remove plasma-discover-libs

Reproducible: Always

Steps to Reproduce:
1.podman run -it quay.io/fedora/fedora-kinoite:43
2.dnf remove plasma-discover -y
3.rpm -qi plasma-discover-libs
Actual Results:
plasma-discover-libs is still installed even if it isn't needed anymore

Expected Results:
remove plasma-discover-libs as well
