Don't understand why this was assigned to orphan.

Hi Steve, I have added you as a collaborator for the epel* packages. So you should be able to maintain the epel packages, and create this package. Oddly enough, I cannot change the default EPEL bugzilla assignee. The package was orphaned a while ago, and Vit took it for Fedora, but the EPEL Assignee can't be updated.
