Thanks for the feedback — I see your point about the generic directory names. I can update the layout so everything is encapsulated under a samestack namespace (e.g., /etc/samestack/runner, /usr/share/samestack/runner). That should avoid collisions and make the intent clearer. I can also make this change upstream so the packaging and project structure stay aligned. Ill followup when I add these changes.
