Description of problem:
It appears that pyflakes has been built for EPEL 10.2, but we're several months away from that release. Please branch and build pyflakes for EPEL 10.1.

Version-Release number of selected component (if applicable): N/A

How reproducible: 100%

Steps to Reproduce:
1. Attempt to install python3-pyflakes on the latest supported release of RHEL 10

Actual results:
Package is not found

Expected results:
Package is available via EPEL
