I haven't tried to build 2.33 yet, but at least 2.32 is blocked on boost >= 2.87 - so I would assume the same

I successfully built nix-2.32.5 locally for rawhide with copr:jwakely/boost-190-rebuild

However nix-2.33.0 fails to configure due to:

src/libstore/meson.build:157:18: ERROR: C++ shared or static library 'aws-crt-cpp' not found

which does not appear to be packaged in Fedora yet.
