It might be good to add gnome-tweaks to the GNOME Special Interest Group umbrella:
https://src.fedoraproject.org/group/gnome-sig

I think the main advantage of the GNOME SIG is that the human package owners can offload some of the ongoing gardening to other people who are interested in GNOME and its underpinnings in Fedora.
