Currently, the spec file links to http[://]wenq[.]org/enindex.cgi which returns a 404 response.

I tried the following command:

It returns 301 Moved Permanently.

sorry for my slow response. I was able to fix the link when I first saw this report.

it was indeed broken, and now I have it redirected to the English language project main page at http://wenq.org/wqy2/index.cgi?action=browse&id=Home&lang=en

feel free to close the ticket if this is sufficient.

I updated the project URL in the spec file, close this bug now.
