Description of problem:
I was accessing files in another user's home directory where I was granted access to read some photo files, and the Nemo thumbnailer process was reading the images to produce a preview in the file browser.
SELinux is preventing blocking-1 from 'connectto' accesses on the unix_stream_socket /run/systemd/userdb/io.systemd.Machine.

allow this access for now by executing:
