Please branch and build python-aioitertools in EPEL 10 and EPEL 10.1

A rebuild of python-aioitertools-0.12.0-6.fc44 works fine.

I assume you tried to build 0.13?
I ran with python-aioitertools-0.12.0-6.fc44, which does not have this dependency in question.

https://github.com/omnilib/aioitertools/releases/tag/v0.13.0 does not bring much new to the table, especially with RHEL10 python (3.12) in mind.
