The untgz binary isn't built nor shipped in fedora. The example source code is shipped only in the SRPM. Notified upstream: https://core.tcl-lang.org/tcl/tktview/0b9367a240 I.e. now it's only problem if the user explicitly builds the insecure binary from the example code in SRPM by hand.
