Description of problem:
magma from EPEL 10.2 has one or more unresolved dependencies, causing it to be uninstallable.

Steps to Reproduce:
1. dnf install magma


Actual results:
Error: 
 Problem: conflicting requests
  - nothing provides libamdhip64.so.6()(64bit) needed by magma-2.9.0-6.el10_1.x86_64 from epel
  - nothing provides libamdhip64.so.6(hip_4.2)(64bit) needed by magma-2.9.0-6.el10_1.x86_64 from epel
  - nothing provides libamdhip64.so.6(hip_6.0)(64bit) needed by magma-2.9.0-6.el10_1.x86_64 from epel
  - nothing provides libhipblas.so.2()(64bit) needed by magma-2.9.0-6.el10_1.x86_64 from epel
  - nothing provides libhipsparse.so.1()(64bit) needed by magma-2.9.0-6.el10_1.x86_64 from epel

Additional info:
Based on the error, it seems like magma should have been rebuilt with the ROCm 7 stack.  Please update the Heterogeneous Computing SIG documentation to ensure that it is rebuilt with future ROCm rebases.
