Description of problem:
zeal from EPEL 10.2 has one or more unresolved dependencies, causing it to be uninstallable.

zeal-0.7.2-3.el10_1


How reproducible:
always


Steps to Reproduce:
1. dnf install zeal


Actual results:
Error: 
 Problem: package qt6-qtwebengine-6.10.1-2.1.el10_2.x86_64 from epel requires libQt6Core.so.6(Qt_6.10)(64bit), but none of the providers can be installed
  - package qt6-qtwebengine-6.10.1-2.1.el10_2.x86_64 from epel requires qt6-qtbase(x86-64) = 6.10.1, but none of the providers can be installed
  - cannot install both qt6-qtbase-6.9.1-1.el10.x86_64 from appstream and qt6-qtbase-6.10.1-1.el10.x86_64 from appstream
  - package zeal-0.7.2-3.el10_1.x86_64 from epel requires libQt6WebEngineCore.so.6()(64bit), but none of the providers can be installed
  - package zeal-0.7.2-3.el10_1.x86_64 from epel requires libQt6WebEngineCore.so.6(Qt_6)(64bit), but none of the providers can be installed
  - package zeal-0.7.2-3.el10_1.x86_64 from epel requires libQt6WebEngineWidgets.so.6()(64bit), but none of the providers can be installed

Additional info:
It seems like most EPEL 10 packages that link against Qt were rebuilt for Qt 6.10 recently, but not this one.  Could the KDE SIG docs be updated to make sure this package is included in the future?

Looks like I missed one when I did my update for qt6.
Michele, Do you mind if I rebuild this.  I'm pretty sure that's all it needs.
