Description of problem:

R-srpm-macros were added to epel-rpm-macros in dist-git:

https://src.fedoraproject.org/rpms/epel-rpm-macros/pull-request/88
https://src.fedoraproject.org/rpms/epel-rpm-macros/pull-request/89

But package updates were not built and released yet.

The merge into epel 10.1 requested in the PR was not done yet though.
