This looks like compatible update. Building kryoptic with 0.12.0 works ok so I will likely push update of this with kryoptic updating to 0.12.0 later today.
Oh, we have a new dependency that is not packaged in Fedora: Problem 1: nothing provides requested (crate(wycheproof/aead) >= 0.6.0 with crate(wycheproof/aead) < 0.7.0~) Problem 2: nothing provides requested (crate(wycheproof/default) >= 0.6.0 with crate(wycheproof/default) < 0.7.0~) so it will take some more time to get updated.
Filled a package review in #2432331 for anyone who would like to provide a (hopefully simple) review.
This was built in rawhide some time ago already: https://koji.fedoraproject.org/koji/buildinfo?buildID=2924976 Closing
