Fixed in 3.6.6 by https://gitlab.gnome.org/GNOME/libsoup/-/commit/7609c3095f815ea93bdbaeaa76b433ab7d1fb922 which is a cherry-pick of the changes for the https://gitlab.gnome.org/GNOME/libsoup/-/issues/486
