bluechi failed to build from source in Fedora rawhide/f44

Please fix bluechi at your earliest convenience and set the bug's status to
ASSIGNED when you start fixing it. If the bug remains in NEW state for 8 weeks,
bluechi will be orphaned. Before branching of Fedora 45,
bluechi will be retired, if it still fails to build.

Patch release v1.2.2 to address this issue has been done. It successfully built in bodhi: https://bodhi.fedoraproject.org/updates/FEDORA-2026-bc6f8f82c0
