Description Fedora Release Engineering 2026-01-28 17:08:54 UTC
cpp-httplib failed to build from source in Fedora rawhide/f44

https://koji.fedoraproject.org/koji/taskinfo?taskID=141147132

For details on the mass rebuild see:

https://fedoraproject.org/wiki/Fedora_44_Mass_Rebuild
Please fix cpp-httplib at your earliest convenience and set the bug's status to
ASSIGNED when you start fixing it. If the bug remains in NEW state for 8 weeks,
cpp-httplib will be orphaned. Before branching of Fedora 45,
cpp-httplib will be retired, if it still fails to build.

Comment 4 Petr Menšík 2026-01-28 20:27:01 UTC
It seems this is caused by some instability in internal tests. Package has build just fine on my laptop as it is.

Started test builds:
- https://koji.fedoraproject.org/koji/taskinfo?taskID=141651441

Maybe unusually high number of cores is not handled properly.

Yet another scratch:

One passed, one failed once on x86_64:
