If the bug remains in NEW state for 8 weeks, libkkc will be orphaned. Before branching of Fedora 45, libkkc will be retired, if it still fails to build. Okay I meant to close the rawhide/f45 bug... that looks similar/same issue

FEDORA-2026-7b097f57a7 has been pushed to the Fedora 44 testing repository.
