Please fix pkcs11-provider at your earliest convenience and set the bug's status to
ASSIGNED when you start fixing it. If the bug remains in NEW state for 8 weeks,
pkcs11-provider will be orphaned. Before branching of Fedora 45,
pkcs11-provider will be retired, if it still fails to build.

This is a known issue of softhsm

https://github.com/softhsm/SoftHSMv2/issues/842

We have workaround for this upstream already so I backported this change:
