I'm curious: Why is ther 6.18 in F42+F43 but the older 6.16 in rawhide (F45) and the F44 branch? Is that on purpose or a mistake?
strace 6.19 has been submitted to Rawhide, F44, F43, and F42.

Is that on purpose or a mistake? strace couldn't be built for F44+ due to some obscure selinux-related changes in Rawhide, see https://github.com/strace/strace/issues/354
Thanks for the explanation and tackling those issues around selinux specifically! :) 6.19 now on all branches I'm taking the liberty to close this bug.
