Please fix ttcp at your earliest convenience and set the bug's status to
ASSIGNED when you start fixing it. If the bug remains in NEW state for 8 weeks,
ttcp will be orphaned. Before branching of Fedora 45,
ttcp will be retired, if it still fails to build.

It can be removed from Fedora.
nuttcp ( https://src.fedoraproject.org/rpms/nuttcp ) is the  up to date implementation of ttcp.
