xwaylandvideobridge fails on every boot with portal registration error, preventing screen sharing to XWayland applications.

**Error message:**
xwaylandvideobridge[2503]: Failed to register with host portal
QDBusError("org.freedesktop.portal.Error.Failed",
"Could not register app ID: Connection already associated with an application ID")

**System Information:**
- OS: Fedora Kinoite 43
- Kernel: Linux 6.18.8-200.fc43.x86_64
- Desktop: KDE Plasma 6 (Wayland)

**Impact:** Screen sharing to XWayland applications does not work

**Reproducibility:** 100% (happens on every boot)
