Reproducible: Always

Steps to Reproduce:
1, log in
2, enable accessibility by 'Always Show Accessibility menu'
3, click to accessibility
4, Enable Screen Keyboard
5, try to use in, try Enter, Backspace, it works
6, accessibility > more to enable Slow keys
7, ENTER + BACKSPACE does not work
Actual Results:
ENTER + BACKSPACE do not work

Expected Results:
ENTER + BACKSPACE work
