Description of problem:
I saw something very similar to https://discuss.kde.org/t/csds-that-dont-expose-window-controls-should-be-forced-to-render-ssds/43818?u=rokejulianlockhart, except for power. When I attempted to move it, it ANR'd. I do not know whether it relates to https://bugzilla.redhat.com/show_bug.cgi?id=2411805#c14, which occurred this boot.
