[heads up] pykakasi will fail to build with Sphinx 9+ which is going to be shipped in Fedora 45.

        raise SphinxError(msg)
    sphinx.errors.SphinxError: cannot determine default role!

This is apparently tracked upstream as a bug, but could be also fixed in the project: https://github.com/sphinx-doc/sphinx/issues/13904
