The scratch build works fine in Koji: https://koji.fedoraproject.org/koji/taskinfo?taskID=142504196 plan of action: once this is approved, create a COPR for testing that has a package that depends on Django 5, install that package, build this and an updated Django 5 that no longer provide the main package, and prove the system got upgraded sideways
