perl-Alien-Build-2.84-4.fc44.noarch fails to install in Fedora 45 because perl-Alien-cmake3-0.10-2.fc44.x86_64 cannot be installed.

I removed a support for CMake. Once upstream adds support for CMake 4, we can add it back.
