The EPEL10.3 package built - https://koji.fedoraproject.org/koji/buildinfo?buildID=2970296

The 10.2 package failed with  https://koji.fedoraproject.org/koji/buildinfo?buildID=2970297

DEBUG util.py:461:  No matching package to install: 'python3dist(keystoneauth1) >= 5.10'

but there is a buid root override in place:

https://bodhi.fedoraproject.org/overrides/python-keystoneauth1-5.13.1-3.el10_2

maybe it will fix itself tomorrow ....
